Cookie Dough Truffles
makes about 20 truffles
- 1/4 cup Earth Balance vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 cup raw agave
- 1/4 cup plus 2 TBS almond flour
- 2 TBS coconut flour
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Glaze
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
Stir butter and agave together. Mix in flours. Fold in chocolate chips. Shape dough into teaspoon sized balls and place on cookie sheet in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile...
